Bepure Shipping Policy

Pure Sense has an efficient and integration shipping systems linked to ensure timely and safe delivery of the products. Bepure uses a third party aggregator model to ship goods to the customers.

In the policy, 

If any goods are received damaged the customer can immediately notify the company and the action will be taken on the issue immediately.

The cost of the return shipment will also be incurred by the company itself unless in some special scenarios.

How long it will take for me to get delivery?

Once your order is shipped you will receive notification from us with tracking details. You can check the order tracking details.

How can I track my order?

As soon as the order is processed you will receive tracking ID on your number through which you can track the details

ou will receive a Tax invoice copy along with the order. If you need soft copy you can call our customer care for the same.

How will I receive bill of my order?

The invoice will be received along with the product. If you also need a soft copy you can notify our customer care and we will share you a soft copy as well

What if the shipment is received when I am not available at delivery location?

If you are not available you will receive call from our logistic partner and the product will be delivered as per your convenient timing.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Can I cancel my order after it has been dispatched?

No, once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

How will I know if my cancellation request is processed?

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your cancellation request is processed.
