Water is key to life and drinking the right kind of water is as important as eating the right kind of food for good health. Also water is a valuable resource and judicious use of water with minimum wastage even at an individual level will be an immense boost to sustainability of water. 

After working in water treatment industry for more than 10 years, our founding team observed the inefficiencies of reverse osmosis technology ( RO ) for home water purification. For getting 1 liter of RO purified water there is a wastage of 3 liters that goes in the drain. Also RO treatment operates in such a way the it removes all the natural minerals from water completely thus making the water demineralized and acidic in nature.

After a lot of research on filtration technologies used in home water purifiers worldwide a great insight was observed. For TDS below 800 ppm, Nanofiltration is a superior technology to be used in home water purifiers than RO technology. As the water wastage in Nanofiltration was half that of RO which is massive water savings as well as Nanofiltration retains natural minerals in water partially which makes the water healthier than RO Water.

In India, around 70% of water than comes to our homes has TDS less than 800 ppm which makes Nanofiltration technology a no-brainer for these homes. 

Our mission is simple. We want to replace these RO purifiers sold to be switched to Nanofiltration which will result in millions of water saving annually as well as water that we will drink will be healthier with natural minerals unlike RO.
